Menuf and Lonst are two small heavily forrested and sparsely populated island in the middle of the Alfan ocean between Alvna and Duwfna. The two usually friendly races are disputing over its owner. The dwarves who don't populate it at all never wanting to live on an island want to keep it as there's for satisfaction. The elves want it to help with their ever growing population of young and adventurous souls.
